Wi-Fi in Big Cities for Free is just a Dream

Bill Gates wants free internet access across the globe, but we are currently having troubles getting Wi-Fi in America's cities. Several cities, including San Francisco and Chicago are abandoning Wi-Fi projects because of cost concerns.

The demand is not enough to make it worth it, essentially. Wi-Fi kind of sucks through walls anyways, so until that's improved, it may not be worth it anyways.

I think a lot of the gadgets right now are too difficult and annoying because Wi-Fi is not as accessible. Expect this to really hurt the Wi-Fi market.

Should be interesting to see where this leads. There is a ton of money potential but little stability.
